Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026.
Who these terms are between
SellVivid (sellvivid.com) is operated from Hong Kong by the business registered with our payment provider, referred to here as "we". By using the site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the site and at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.
The service
SellVivid turns product photos you upload into marketplace images, product videos and listing text using third-party AI models, and checks the results against each marketplace's published image rules. You keep the rights you hold in what you upload and grant us a licence to process it only to produce your outputs. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos, logos and product names you upload, and for checking an output before you publish it on a marketplace: compliance checks and IP pre-checks are aids, not legal advice or a guarantee of acceptance.
Generated outputs are yours to use commercially on a paid plan. Free-tier outputs are watermarked and limited to 1K. Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users from similar inputs.
Credits
Generation is paid for in credits: 1 credit for a 1K image, 2 for 2K and 4 for 4K; video and other features list their credit cost before you start. Failed generations are not charged. Subscription credits refresh each month and unused credits do not carry over. Free credits granted at sign-up never expire.
Subscriptions and renewal
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout (Starter: $12 a month or $115 a year; Pro: $39 a month or $372 a year; Team: $99 a month or $948 a year), plus any applicable tax.
- They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Before a yearly renewal we email you a reminder at least 30 days ahead.
- Cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing: one click, no questions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then.
- Downgrading works the same way and takes effect at the next renewal. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the remaining days.
- If we change a price, the new price applies only to new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep their price until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
No refunds
Subscription payments are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time after you cancel. Paid plans are digital services that begin immediately. At checkout you tick a box confirming that you want access to start at once and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal (for example the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law). Without that consent the purchase cannot be completed. The refund policy lists the exceptions we honour: duplicate charges, a service that was unavailable, and any case where the law requires a refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the plan is suspended while the dispute is open. An account with two chargebacks is permanently refused for new subscriptions. Please write to us first; billing mistakes are fixed quickly.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to use, content depicting real people without their consent, or anything unlawful. Do not use outputs to infringe trademarks, designs or copyrights, to deceive buyers about a product, or to circumvent a marketplace's rules. We may refuse a generation, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Availability and changes
We may change or retire features. If we retire a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and the no-refund rule does not apply to time you cannot use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost sales or a marketplace's rejection or suspension of a listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, you also keep the protection of the law where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced on this page with a new date and, for subscribers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
