Refund policy

The rule

Payments for paid plans are not refundable. This covers monthly and yearly payments, renewals, and unused time after you cancel. Before you pay you see this policy, and the price and renewal period, on the checkout page.

Why

Paid plans are digital services that start the moment payment completes. Everything essential is free to try first, with free credits at sign-up, so you can check the tools do what you need before paying.

The consent you give at checkout

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. For digital services this right ends when you expressly agree to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Our checkout has a box that says exactly that, and you cannot complete the purchase without ticking it. We store the time of that consent with your payment record.

Cancelling instead

Cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account, in one click. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep the plan until then and are not charged again. Yearly subscribers receive a reminder email at least 30 days before renewal.

Exceptions we honour

• Duplicate charges. We refund the duplicate.
• Service unavailable. If a paid feature was unavailable for a material part of a period through our fault, we refund or credit that time.
• Retired features. If we retire a paid feature, you may cancel and we refund the remaining time.
• Required by law. Where the law of your country requires a refund, we follow the law.

To ask, email [email protected] from the account's address with the date and amount. We reply within 48 hours. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Chargebacks

Disputing a charge with your bank instead of writing to us suspends the plan while the dispute is open. An account with two chargebacks cannot subscribe again.
