Billing questions
- How does billing work?
- Each plan is a subscription (Starter: $12 a month or $115 a year; Pro: $39 a month or $372 a year; Team: $99 a month or $948 a year), paid through Stripe, plus tax where it applies. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then. Yearly is selected by default at checkout.
- Are there refunds?
- No. Because a plan is a digital service that starts immediately, you agree at checkout to immediate access and waive the withdrawal period. If you are charged twice or the service is unavailable, write to us and we will fix it.
- What happens to unused credits?
- Subscription credits refresh every month and do not roll over. Free sign-up credits never expire. Failed generations are never charged.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, from the billing portal in your account. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the difference for the remaining days; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
